Responsibilities: • Contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Train 1-3-5 and 4-1-1 • Coaching • Group coaching • Teach lead gen • Weekly accountability Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • 20+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Desire to grow personal real estate business • Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $50,000+ commission
