Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Outside sales lead generation • Lead follow up • Close sales • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000+ at plan commissions
