Responsibilities: Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Compensation: $80,000-$120,000
