The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, developing leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with Federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Responsibilities: Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Have a good sense of marketing, sales and advertising Excellent communication and negotiating skills Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000
