Responsibilities: Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Qualifications: Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Great phone presence with a closer mentality Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Real estate license is required Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000
