Responsibilities: Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: Superb customer service and communication skills The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents • Real estate license required • Real estate broker license required or willing to obtain one • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
