Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Outside sales lead generation • Lead follow up • Close sales • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000+ at plan commissions
