You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
