Responsibilities: Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Qualifications: Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Decisive and proactive in the sales process Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Great phone presence with a closer mentality Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Real estate license is required Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000
