Responsibilities: Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
