Responsibilities: Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiating skills Independent and self motivated Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000
