Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Listing lead generation • Listing lead follow up • Listing database campaigns • Agent sales • Set and execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • A real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan
