Responsibilities: • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Lead follow up • Sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Proven track of successful sales record • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A real estate license required • Ability to learn leasing rules and regulations • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan
