Responsibilities: • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Listing follow up • Lead generation • Lead follow up • CRM • Database campaigns • Follow the listing plan of action • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
