Responsibilities: • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Relentless lead follow up • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • CRM and Database mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
