Responsibilities: • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sale • Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team • Team Sales • Individual sales • Database • Grow your division • Coach and train • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments • Actively sells Qualifications: • Superb customer service and communication skills • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team • Real estate license • Broker license or in the process of obtaining a broker license • Commission opportunity • Superb communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000+ at plan
