Responsibilities: • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Relentless lead follow up • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • CRM and Database mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
