Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Buyer lead follow up • Buyer lead generation • Close buyer sales • Set and execute appointments • Follow the plan • Sales scripts mastery • Database and CRM mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
