The ideal candidate has high energy, is a persuasive salesperson and asks for and closes sales quickly. Responsibilities: Give weekly reports to customers on the status of their listing so they know they are top of mind and provide good customer ratings and referrals Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Always be networking to help acquire new business Follow up with customers who contact us through phone, email or web in a timely and efficient manner to maintain our customer service standards Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Self-motivated and self sufficient Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Quick on your feet and good at problem solving Embraces a team-focused environment Compensation: $100,000 at plan, commission
