Responsibilities: Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Lead generation • Database systems Qualifications: Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Real estate license Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
