Responsibilities: Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Professional in attitude and appearance • Real estate license Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
