You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Hold digital open houses • Hit daily lead generation contact goals from team database • Work on sphere of influence • Learn KW Command CRM • Learn from daily scripts practice from our Jedi scripts master • Be a team player Qualifications: Experience with the local real estate market and general trends High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Compensation: $70,000 commission or salary options
