Responsibilities: Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Compensation: $100,000+
