Responsibilities: Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Can spend a large amount of time driving • Real estate license Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 at plan
