Responsibilities: Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Has a real estate license Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • License in process is okay and internship is available upon meeting intern qualifications • Exemplify work ethic • Coachable • Integrity is essential • Teachable to learn the entire probate process from prospecting to closing the sale on a court confirmed estate sale. • 3 references Compensation: $120,000 commission, with advance options
