COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $150,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads
• CRM
• Database
• Marketing
• Smart plans
• Individual contributions to team
• Do your part in you weekly and daily team contribution
• Work a prospecting system

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Sales experience
• Ability to use or learn different software programs: excel, word, command, connect, FB ads, etc
• Good communication
• Ability to work independently and with groups
• Recruiting experience is a plus
