Responsibilities: Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Professional in attitude and appearance Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
