We’re looking for a talented professional, new or seasoned agents, to join our expanding luxury team of real estate professionals. You will learn luxury consulting, lead generation  and farming. There are also some opportunities to help our luxury agents and teams. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you can learn the process and necessary tools to thrive in the luxury arena or help support an established team. Responsibilities: Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Real estate license or pursuing required Compensation: $100,000 at plan, commission
