Responsibilities: Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Driven, motivated and desires professional growth Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 commissions
