We are looking for a proficient real estate agent to assist those who have served or are serving in the military, as well as their dependents. Candidates will receive the necessary training and information regarding VA mortgage loans and similar options available to members of the armed forces. If you have in-depth knowledge of the VA loan and the purchase/sale of properties, then there are further openings in our military division. $60,000.00 - $102,115.00 per year, commission only Responsibilities: • Educate clients about local market data and VA loan benefits. • Provide clients with suitable properties to consider. • Negotiate advantageous terms for both military and non-military participants. • Stay abreast of follow-up leads from referrals in the military community. • Remain connected with the military community and relevant industry contacts to identify market opportunities. Qualifications: • Be an Active Duty Military Member, Veteran, Military Spouse, or Military Community Supporter. • Meet all criteria required for a California Real Estate License or have an application for one in progress.
