Responsibilities: • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan
