Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close listings • Execute appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
