As a flip home sales-focused agent, you will find flip opportunities while also providing a great home-buying experience by determining client needs, helping them buy or sell, and walking them through the process. The ideal candidate must enjoy creating rapport with customers, and building trustworthy relationships with developers and builders while providing excellent service. Responsibilities: • Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants • Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals • Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met • Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process • Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • New home developer lead generation • New home builder lead generation • Database • CRM • Relentless general lead follow-up • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems • Past sales experience is preferred • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies • Commission opportunity • Good communication • A proven track record of sales and success Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
