Responsibilities: • Partner with Chief Vision Officer to attract, welcome and develop talent. • Research and develop strategies for transitioning agents into Keller Williams Realty. • Drive associates toward proficiency in the use of KW resources and tools. • Meet and consult weekly agents to review their production goals and hold them accountable for the completion of actions. • Participate in Career Development Committee. Qualifications: • Sales experience • Phone sales experience • Recruiting experience • Must live within driving distance to the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $59,000 - $100,000 + Bonus and Benefits
