Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Close sales • Database and CRM Mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Passionate about selling • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
