    We're searching for a diligent Office Assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis • Lead training workshops focused on KW Technology and associated subjects • Deliver Tier 1 technical assistance and troubleshooting services • Assess technology gaps and formulate a training calendar to address them • Generate educational materials tailored to support requests and user needs • Coordinate efforts with the ALC Tech Committee to enhance technological initiatives • Oversee the management of social media platforms for the market center Qualifications: • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging a diverse array of technological tools and platforms pertinent to the real estate sector • Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional design, optimizing the quality and impact of training materials and sessions • Extensive familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other software frequently employed within the real estate industry Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour
