We are currently seeking a tech-savvy and inspiring Market Center Tech Trainer to play a pivotal role in empowering our agents with the latest technological tools and knowledge. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in providing comprehensive tech training and support to our Market Center Leadership, Associate Leadership Council, and Agents. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of tech-savviness, effective communication skills, and a knack for training others. Compensation: • Competitive salary: $20 - $22 per hour • Paid Time Off • Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities: • Conduct training sessions on KW Technology and related topics • Assist in tech assessments for recruits • Onboard associates onto Command platform • Provide Tier 1 technical support Additional Responsibilities: • Analyze tech gaps and develop training calendar • Create educational resources based on support requests • Collaborate with ALC Tech Committee • Manage market center social media Qualifications: • Proficiency in utilizing various tech tools and platforms relevant to the real estate industry • Experience in curriculum development or instructional design, enhancing the effectiveness of training materials and sessions • Familiarity with CRM systems and other software commonly used in the real estate profession • A track record of successful project management, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in real estate technology • Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment • A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour
