    As a Full-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator for The Greater Global Homes Group, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing marketing and communication strategies in conjunction with the greater team to elevate the sales team experience, the client experience, and the messaging of the greater company’s goals, mission, and values as it pertains to the team’s continued growth initiatives. The successful candidate for this role will have a sense of collaboration, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for finding solutions through creative media. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is an individual who is highly attentive to detail, draws energy from helping people by creating inspiring content, and is an excellent problem-solver. You have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, you are committed to serving others in effectively sharing the stories of our listings, our clients, our team, and the communities in which we serve. The ideal candidate also demonstrates a desire to learn and regularly attends team meetings, check-ins, and one-on-ones with the leadership team. Our success is your success – and we are committed to exactly that!  Responsibilities: Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals • Work Daily with, and in Support of, Sales Team Building Out Marketing & Communication Initiatives • Proficiently Use Team Systems and Platforms to Support Needs in the Client Care & Transaction Cycle • Proficiency & Eagerness to Build Out Creative Platforms, Systems & Processes for Profitability • Support the Team w/ Transaction Documents for Sales Team Serving IA & MN As Needed • Daily Engagement with Listing, Agent, Team, and Community Marketing Initiatives & Strategies • Ensure Compliance in Creative Content Development & In Implementation of All Duties • Effectively Managing of Marketing Preparation Activities as it Relates to Listings & Agent Marketing • Develop, Plan, and Implement Community & Client Engagement Events & Activities to Increase Sales • Skillful Daily Communication w/ Parties in and out of the Real Estate Industry for Effective Engagements • Tracking Metrics & Variables to Determine Effective & Efficient Use of Systems, Platforms & Processes • Expertise and Organization of Key Marketing & Communication Tools & Resources • Provide Exceptional “5 Star” Experiences to All Clients, Partners, and Agents  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms • Creative Digital Marketing/Communication Experience Required • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Great Organizational Skills • Ability to Think Outside the Box for Solutions to Problems • People-Oriented • Exceptional Time-Management Skills • Proficient with Design & Creative Platforms • High Energy, Positive, & Can-Do Attitude is A Must • Learning-Based & Growth Mindset Required  Compensation: $40,000- $45,000 (DOE) + Bonus Potential
