Responsibilities: • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers • Act as a liaison between clients and agent • Complete lines of communication or set new projects and tasks in motion as an extension of the brand promise • High-caliber email, and text-based correspondence • Proactively communicate with all clients as an extension of the team owner agent • Coordinate client engagements • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.) • Prepare relevant reports to sales and performance • Research and develop new systems that will benefit the team • Continue to take the day-to-day office tasks away from the agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies • Ongoing management and innovation of team owner’s property management recurring systems. Qualifications: • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - you love communicating, and you are flexible in how you do it • Open to getting your real estate license to aid your access of information • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficient in Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM general use • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents • Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly • Creative thinking, curious learner, and solution-oriented • Timeline-driven and extremely organized • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Service-based attitude. In other words, true care comes naturally • 1–3 years of service and management experience, real estate experience is a bonus • 3–5 years of administrative experience Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
