Exciting Opportunity for an Escrow Officer working in a supporting role, in a well-established and robust escrow unit.

Route 66 Escrow an independently owned and licensed escrow company specializing in residential and commercial real estate, is looking for an Escrow Officer to join our team. This individual will hit the ground running and help drive our thriving escrow business.

We are dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency and financial reliability to ensure the transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. Our priority is the customer - delivering prompt, friendly, and dependable service to make the escrow as easy as possible and to give the client peace of mind.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two years of progressive and current experience as an Escrow Officer working on complex escrow transactions
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong skills and experience in the loan document, funding, closing & disbursement aspect
• Must be very organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a burning desire to be the very best in a fast-paced environment
• Technology driven
