Responsibilities: • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 at plan
