Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
