You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
