Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Drip campaigns • Train 1-3-5 and 4-1-1 • Coaching appointments • Group coaching • Weekly accountability with agents Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • 20+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Desire to grow personal real estate business • Attend ongoing KW trainings and events Compensation: $70,000 coaching commissions
