South Florida Caterpillar dealer looking for a candidate to process requests for financing.

Individual chosen will also be managing an assigned AR portfolio of accounts.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Negotiates with finance companies to obtain the best possible financing for our customers when purchasing new and used equipment, as well as leasing options.

Be familiar with the Uniform Commercial Code as it relates to contracts when buying and leasing equipment and also Lien Law statutes.

Be able to provide quotes on finance offerings and submits them for approval with finance companies.

Process finance documents in an accurate, complete, and timely manner to close and fund the transaction.

Calculate payoffs for conversion on existing contracts.

Contacts customers to resolve delinquent accounts to secure payment while maintaining customer goodwill.

Perform additional duties as needed in the Finance department.

PC literate, proficient in Programs such as MS Word and Excel

Have strong written and oral communication skills

Negotiating skills

Strong research and problem-solving skills

Possess mathematical aptitude.

Previous finance-related experience is a plus!
