Seeking a PRODUCT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE UNDERCARRIAGE SPECIALIST to measure, analyze and monitor our customer's undercarriage needs in the Fort Myers area. We have both construction and agricultural type equipment.

The incentive package includes salary plus commission as well as a company vehicle.

• This position requires an aggressive, personable, sales-oriented individual with mechanical skills.
• Experience in equipment and agriculture machinery would be great.
• Experience in the works and wears of undercarriage on track-type tractors is preferred.
• The applicant chosen will visit customers' job sites to measure tracks, inspect the equipment, and generate an inspection report.
• Prepare repair estimates or quotations and work with the service department if measurements are required.
• Must be sensitive to the value of customers' time and maintain a professional image.

In addition, the PSR/UNDERCARRIAGE SPECIALIST must be self-motivated, well organized, and possess a high degree of maturity and sound business sense

• Maintain a presence and call schedule with customers that result in meeting growth targets of parts and service volume.
• Maintain a daily schedule, communicate with customers to establish the optimal time to perform the machine inspections,
• Keep the customer is informed and aware of all parts and service options offered by KELLY TRACTOR CO.
• Technical assistance is provided to the customer when needed.
• Customers are contacted on a set schedule.
• Call reporting requirements are met via Microsoft Dynamics AX based on assigned PARs.
• Prepare repair estimates or quotations and work with the service department to ensure quotes are reasonable.
• Must be sensitive to and respond to customers’ needs.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must be computer literate.
• A valid Florida driver's license with a clean record required.
