    We are inviting a driven and dedicated real estate executive assistant to join our team of expert real estate professionals! This highly organized individual will work in the office to support the principal broker in an administrative and operational role. Motivated and friendly, our ideal candidate has a proven ability to find solutions quickly and thrives in a fast-paced and fun environment. No deadline or project is too demanding for the confident professional in this role. Paperwork, transactions, client support, and scheduling are no problem for this skilled executive, and communication is essential to them. The person who will best complete our team has superb organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, an eye for detail, and exceptional customer service. This level of performance will equip them to handle the responsibilities of completing transaction documents, adhering to legal real estate requirements, coordinating appointment schedules, and overseeing and communicating important deadlines to the broker, team, and clients. Previous administrative experience has given this team member the critical skills necessary to act as the liaison between the broker and clients and the ability to support the team at a high level. They welcome the opportunity to collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials and to facilitate local events that will foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities: • Serve as a liaison between the broker and clients • Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements • Be a supportive team member to the real estate office, executives, sales team, and other team members whenever possible • Prepare listing and buyer presentations in support of the team • Communicate with all clients and team members on a high level • Coordinate local community events • Develop all mailings to clients other agents • Build a social media presence across all platforms • Manage filing and systematizing records, and the ordering and tracking of supplies to support the office • Streamlined database management for client data • Basic bookkeeping tasks for the broker Qualifications: • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role or similar • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work full-time in the office • Located within a 30-mile radius of Burlington, NC • Real estate admin experience is a definite plus • Familiar with web-based databases and social media platforms • Ability to complete research for properties as well as client events • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • Proven ability to follow up and follow through • Motivated by a desire to contribute to the success of a team and the belief that there is always a way • Positive attitude and friendly disposition Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
