Kellymoss is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to assist in the implementation of our social media strategy as a component of the Kellymoss Digital Marketing platform. Primary platforms include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. Responsibilities of the position include:

Who You Are

• Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of digital marketing experience
• Possess a general knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and a sense of urgency
• Associates degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or equivalent experience

What You'll Do

• Prepare posts and stories in alignment with the Kellymoss social media strategy across all divisions of the business - race, road and community lifestyle membership - in our three primary current platforms as appropriate to the use case and demographics of each platform
• Maintain a calendar of social media activities for review/approval prior to posting and for tracking of activities
• Engage with other brands and key followers in the motorsports social media landscape as appropriate on a regular basis
• Select and edit photos and video to accompany social media activities in accordance with best practices of each platform
• Track and report on social posting analytics to grow our base of Kellymoss followers and drive engagement
• Research secondary social media platforms for brand and strategy alignment and make recommendations
• Meet expectations for social post quality to include: timely posting in alignment with events, races and initiatives; high degree of attention to detail with clean, on-brand writing and accurate information; creative approach to graphic selection and preparation with an eye for design that matches our brand persona
