Keltour US is currently hiring for a sales and business development position. We are a growing control panel manufacturer in Cape Coral, Florida.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

· Be familiar with electrical control systems.

· Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.

· Have high level organizational skills.

· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Have hands on experience with quoting.

Responsibilities to include:

· Lead Generation:

o Working with existing customers and developing new business relationships to drive sales.

o Identifying new opportunities and reaching out to potential clients via phone and email.

o Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.

o Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and asses the quality of our company’s relationship with them

· Quoting:

o Working with engineering and production managers to identify materials and equipment required to construct electrical projects and proposals to customers.

o Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing.

o Formulate strategic material advantages and implement them through our internal quoting department.

o Establish labor requirements for products and work being performed.

o Determine delivery of product to customer based on promised vendor lead times.

· Sales:

o Communicate with customers regarding feedback on price, lead time, and satisfaction.

o Create sales orders from Pos and insure proper process review is applied using established company procedures.

o Maintain sales levels objectives and provide regular reports indicating win/loss analysis.

· Other Duties to include:

o Assisting with the purchasing of materials.

o Negotiating SPAs with suppliers
