Job Description
As a member of the Workforce Advisory team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. These include the development and implementation of global workforce management (“WFM”) solutions, and transformation activities in support of broader business initiatives and overall business strategy. Our key capabilities include global WFM advisory, technology solution implementation and business transformation.
Your key responsibilities
You will be a key resource on large-scale WFM related projects, primarily UKG WFM. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service and work products, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish internal and client relationships. Specifically, you will support clients’ global WFM challenges, issues and complex requirements, including advising on WFM best practices and service delivery model. You will be responsible for identifying WFM improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities to enhance WFM quality and adherence to internal controls while reducing overall risk. You should also be able to support and deliver seamless transition during UKG WFM solution implementations and transformations.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale UKG WFM project(s)
Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Workforce management domain (Time management, attendance, forecasting, scheduling, etc.)
Experience in managing or leading multiple global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations
Experience in managing or supporting global and/or multi-national WFM operations
7+years of prior relevant experience
Personal success in current job with WFM experience in one or more of our capabilities
Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment
